Most operations should be directed to the Data Protection Contact (DPC), in the first instance.
The Data Controller (DC) holds responsibility for determining the usage of GDPR Personal Data within the organisation.
The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is responsible for ensuring our own organisational compliance with GDPR legislation.
If you are not satisfied by our response, with regard to a previous requested exercise of your rights; to Export, Rectify and Erase data; then you also have the further right to make a formal Complaint which should be directed to the DPO.
Use GDPR Operation: "Other" to communicate with a Recipient, for any matters relating to GDPR, but independent from the Actionable Requests, that the legislation stipulates.
Any supplied personal contact details will be treated with strict confidence and will never be shared with any third-party or affiliate; except as might be required by legal statute.
Records will not be used to contact you; beyond your immediate enquiry; except with your further explicit agreement; made during any communication.
By using this form you agree to us storing this data and contacting you, using the details supplied, with regard to your enquiry.
This does not constitute an opt-in to receive any other material from us; except upon your own request.
We will not retain these records for any longer than is deemed necessary, after which they will be periodically erased.
As a measure of security, we use a two-step submission process on this form. When you submit the form, we will validate your details by sending your supplied contact email address a confirmation message. Please watch your incoming mail for this. You must respond to the URL link provided, inside that message, within 10 minutes to complete the process. Failing to complete this step will terminate the request.
Upon receipt of this validation we will be able to release your request to the recipient. We will also send a further automated confirmation acknowledgement, back to you, summarising the request.
The primary PII key for the identification of Personal Data is your supplied Email Address. This is assumed to establish a unique online identity. This means, in this context, a telephone PII is optional.
GDPR response correspondence will usually only occur in writing via email or by hardcopy, hence a telephone number is not necessarily required.
If you have previously contacted us via our regular Contact Form using the "By Phone" option, or verbally, then there are considerations:
If you wish us to examine records on the basis of a telephone identity key, then you may optionally provide these details; so that an appropriate association can be made.; but we will usually respond in writing; via email or hardcopy; not usually by telephone; except for clarification.
Please provide a full description of the nature of your request and any key details we may need to be able to fulfill it; as appropriate for the operation.
I confirm my understanding and acknowledgement of this data usage and the Privacy statements.
